Dear Men, this month is special. It is our month to think about ourselves and our mental health. So, let's purpose to promote our mental health, positively. Let's talk to someone about our struggles, avoid using alcohol and drugs to deal with distress, do works of charity, help other men who are struggling, pick up the pieces to our broken relationships. Reunite with our families, that we ran away from, without reason. Surround ourselves with people with positive vibes. And learn to be vulnerable, feel the pain and not act strong, speak out when harassed and abused and be willing to be responsible for ourselves and our loved ones. In short, just do something good and enriching for yourself, at least once this month. ~dennogy®2025
