To our CEO, Ikechukwu Anoke, thank you for being the head of this household. You are always in charge and ensuring all things are running smoothly and with synergy. You are the guy who notices the little things that make a huge difference.

Malcolm Mwai, the dancing nutritionist, you always remind us to share our food diaries and to make choices that keep us healthy. Your hairstyle, your smile, your heart and energy is why we celebrate you.

Evance Odhiambo, the man with the numbers. We all know how accountable you are. There is no day that you have stepped into the office and not have a calculator and pen at hand.

There is a popular saying in Kenya which goes, " Mwanaume ni effort" which when translated means that a man is recognised by the effort he makes.
