We all have a current situation which we don't like that much,we also have a desired life whereby when we imagine we feel good,overtime planning to get there has not been possible,
How do we change the formula then?.
write down that imaginary life,then the brain takes over by connecting your beliefs to reality,
so the process is;
conceive any idea, believe in yourself and in it, work on it [you pay the price],you will definately achieve it.

It feels nice to serve this country at some levels,
Was privileged to take the NTSA virtual training on Alcohol and Alcohol use Disorder.
Good to note alcoholism is a disorder, therefore we should handle the clients with love and empathy,
Even if we don't approve their behavior we shouldn't condemn them ,it does More harm than good.
