Simping isn’t about love; it’s about losing yourself to gain someone else’s approval. This week, we talked about how over-giving, people-pleasing, and ignoring red flags slowly disconnect us from our self-worth.

When you choose yourself, set boundaries, and stop chasing validation, you create space for healthier, mutual, and respectful relationships. You don’t have to abandon who you are to be loved. 🌱✨

Here is what we learnt this Tuesday at M-Wellness 🗣️🤍

Gentle goal setting is about creating goals that respect your mental health, your capacity, and your current season of life. Instead of rushing or forcing productivity, we learned to move with compassion, clarity, and consistency.

When we set goals with kindness and flexibility, we make space for rest, growth, and sustainability. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. You’re not behind, you’re becoming.
