Reach Mee Out KE Conard Amenya is a passionate and accomplished professional with a unique combination of expertise in mental health nursing and sociology.

Born and raised in Nairobi slums, Kenya, Conard developed a deep sense of empathy and commitment to helping others from a young age. His journey towards becoming a Mental Health and Psychiatric Nurse and Sociologist in Kenya has been one of dedication, continuous learning, and unwavering compassion. After completing his secondary education with outstanding academic achievements, Conard pursued his nursing diploma at a reputable training college in Nairobi. During his training, he realised his keen interest in mental health care and the critical need for improved services in the country. This revelation sparked his desire to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges in Kenya. To further his education and better understand the broader social aspects influencing mental health, Conard pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology alongside his nursing career. This unique combination allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the societal, cultural, and psychological factors impacting mental health and well-being. Throughout his nursing career, Conard has worked in various healthcare settings, including psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers, and outreach programs in rural and urban areas. he has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to patients suffering from various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and substance abuse disorders.
