“Postpartum recovery is no joke — especially after a C-section. Many moms think they can ‘power through,’ but wound checks, breastfeeding help, and emotional support are key.”

“Home-based care means you heal *with peace*, not panic.”

🗓️ Every year WHO takes stock of key moments in health and science over the past 12 months.

2024 has been a year of highlights, breakthroughs and challenges.

Here’s a quick recap of 2024 in health:

💪 Several WHO Member States achieved milestones in tackling major global health challenges, from eliminating neglected tropical diseases, to becoming malaria-free, to getting reverification of being measles-free, to eliminating mother-to-child transmission of HIV and syphilis.

🚭 A decrease in global to***co users from 1 in 3 in 2000 to 1 in 5 in 2022. However, country surveys consistently show that children aged 13–15 years in most countries are using to***co and ni****ne products.

🌊 A 38% decrease in deaths from drowning worldwide since the year 2000 – a major achievement in global health.

🧠 Neurological conditions are now the leading cause of illness and disability worldwide, with more than 1 in 3 people affected by these conditions (such as migraine, stroke and dementia).

💊 Antimicrobial resistance was high on the global agenda this year. World leaders committed to reduce the global death toll from drug-resistant bacteria by 10% by 2030.

⚠️ WHO responded to numerous health emergencies throughout 2024, from Gaza to Sudan to the mpox Public Health Emergency of International Concern.

Here’s to a healthier and more peaceful 2025!

About AUTISM in CHILDREN:

There has been a sharp rise in AUTISM DISORDERS in children.

But the puppets of the establishment will say it is because "diagnostic procedures have improved." LIES!

AUTISM is not something hidden in the blood. It is seen. It is like OBESITY.

How can you claim that OBESITY is on the rise because of advanced diagnostic tools?

Factually, 20 years ago, we never met any baby with AUTISM. It was rare. But today, it is common.

1 in 100 families has a child with AUTISM. It has become as alarming as CHRONIC TONSILLITIS. What do you think is driving this prevalence?

The system hides behind GENES to absolve itself from the toxic foods and environments it has exposed to babies.

One of the other toxic exposures is the unnecessary vaccines dumped on babies.

It is no coincidence that in the USA where 1 in 36 families has a child with AUTISM, there are 29 vaccine doses that a baby must get before attaining 15 months.

YET, when you point this out, the sales merchants of the BIG PHARMA quickly retort, "Where are studies to prove this?"

These functional illiterates don't even bother to pursue self-education to unlearn the bulsh*t they acquired in medical school.

They are like conveyor belts that regurgitate propaganda fed to them by the establishment.

How long will you understand that the global racketeers are controlling your money, medicine and the media to impoverish you?

For Kenyans, just stick to the basic KEPI Schedule. That is enough.

Avoid unnecessary vaccines. - the so-called "Baby-Friendly vaccines."

Here are some studies showing a link between some vaccines and autism:

Autism is a syndrome characterized by impairments in social relatedness and communication, repetitive behaviors, abnormal movements, and sensory dysfunction. Recent epidemiological studies suggest that autism may affect 1 in 150 US children. Exposure to mercury can cause immune, sensory, neurologica...

Why are syphilis cases rising around the world? What is it and how does it spread? Here’s what you need to know:

➡️ Syphilis is a s*xually transmitted infection. If untreated, it can cause serious health issues.
➡️ It’s a sneaky disease. It can mimic many other health conditions.
➡️ In 2024 alone, 8 million syphilis cases were reported around the world.
➡️ Syphilis is increasing in pregnant women, affecting their unborn babies and newborn children.
➡️ Syphilis is treatable and curable. People who suspect they may have syphilis should speak to their healthcare provider.

How does one get syphilis?

⚠️ By having s*x with an infected person
⚠️ From mother to child
⚠️ During blood transfusion

People with multiple s*xual partners are at greater risk of getting syphilis.

What are the symptoms?

The majority of people don’t have any symptoms. Some may experience:

❤️‍🩹 A painless ge***al ulcer
❤️‍🩹 Flu-like symptoms
❤️‍🩹 A rash on the palms of hands and soles of feet
❤️‍🩹 Affects brain, nerves and heart at advanced stages

How to avoid getting syphilis?

✅ Use a condom when having s*x
✅ Pregnant women should get tested during their first prenatal care visit
✅ Get tested once a year if you are at higher risk

🤒 Recent outbreaks of Marburg virus, Mpox and the latest strain of avian influenza (H5N1) are a stark reminder of the world’s vulnerability to pandemics.

⚠️ In 2024 alone, 17 outbreaks of dangerous diseases have already occurred.

A plethora of risks increase the likelihood of new pandemics. A new report outlines 15 key drivers of pandemic risk, categorized into five distinct groups:

👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼 Social
💻 Technological
🌦️ Environmental
💸 Economic
👔 Political

🌏 In today’s interconnected world, the global community must take collective responsibility for prevention and response to disease, rather than considering preparedness as an individual country or sector-level activity.
