๐Ÿ”ฅ This Friday our incredible team will conduct Resilient Teen Club Session 2 in Trinity School~ Rongai. This is not just a club, it is a safe space for young people to share their challenges, their adverse childhood experiences with professionals who are trained and have high level of experiences on mental health issues. This program give the most conducive environment for young people free from stigma and discrimination.

โœ๏ธA safe space is more than just a physical location; it is an environment where young people feels psychologically safe. It is secure from physical or emotional harm, bullying or harassment, this is an environment where young people feel accepted for who they are, without judgement.

๐Ÿ“ŒUnder Resilient Teen Club Program, we ensure an environment where young people feel heard, listened to, with their thoughts and feelings taken seriously, we give them an opportunity to express themselves authentically without fear of rejection, we also respect their identity, beliefs and experiences.

๐Ÿ’ขIt is with heavy heart that we conderm such acts of gender based violence that are still rooted in the patrical systems in our society, a system that do not give people equal opportunity to make their own decision.

๐Ÿน As an organization, we use our voices to air out gender based violence that are hidden in our societies. Women and men suffer silently while the perpetrators of the violence still walk freely. The victims undergo a series of emotional turmoil while no one is there to listen to them, it is time for change.

Looking at the far we have come from, we are convinced that it could have not been possible without the incredible support from those who believe in us, those who believe in the impact we are bringing in the mental health space by making it accessible to young people.
