HOW TO PREPARE HIBISCUS TEA/DRINK:

1.Bring 2 litres of water to boil.

2.Measure 50 grams(one handful) of dried hibiscus flowers and put them to the boiling water.

3.Cover the pot/sufuria with a lid and let it boil for another 10 mins.

4.Sieve the tea and add sweetener(optional) probably honey for healthy benefits.

5.You can either serve hot or chilled
