While BMI is a rough estimate of body fat.Likewise, someone whose BMI falls within the Normal range can still have a high percentage of fat mass, which indicates poorer health. This is why Body Fat Percentage better indicates overall health.

Having anemia, also referred to as low hemoglobin, can make you feel tired and weak,dizzy, headaches,strange food cravings (pica)etc. Foods that can help alleviate anemia include:Red meat, pork and poultry.

As we commemorate world Arthritis day 12th October,it's important to note that diet plays a role in management of the flairs as well as better outcome when one is getting treated for the RA. A diet that is full antioxidants will help in reduction of the joint inflammation. In summary the below can guide you

Daily consumption of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy fats.
Weekly intake of fish, poultry, bean( cereals)and eggs.
Moderate portions of dairy products (or none)
Limited intake of red meat.
Avoid:
Red Meat if possible, Sugar and Refined Flour, Fried Foods, Gluten,Alcohol and Processed Foods.
