Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints. It can affect one joint or multiple joints.Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common type of arthritis Other common types are rheumatoid arthritis and Gout. Arthritis affects fingers, knees and hips and other joints. The symptoms of arthritis usually develop over time, but they may also appear suddenly. Causes of arthritis are wear and tear of a joint from overuse, age, injuries, obesity, autoimmune disorders, genes or family history.

Symptoms
✔️Chronic Joint pain. Joint pain that lingers on or regularly flares up is the primary symptom of arthritis.
✔️Joint stiffness.
✔️Swelling around the affected joints.
✔️Limited range of motion that sometimes goes away after movement.
✔️Clicking or popping with bending,
✔️Joint redness.
✔️Muscle weakness around the joint.
