Hi Instagram! I’d like to ask you for a favor. I‘d love to have more life coaching conversations to build up my practice. I’ve had incredible results with my clients so far; someone successfully held a speech after we tackled their crippling fear of public speaking… another client realigned themselves with their purpose, which has allowed them to take inspired action towards building the business again. It’s meeting time. You already know exactly what’s going to happen; they will talk and talk, and you will have 1 really important point to make. You feel nervous, anxious. Start questioning your own opinion. Because they talk loud and they talk fast. And they are many.

After the meeting, you feel frustrated. They didn’t give you a chance, no way you could’ve gotten a word in. However, your point would’ve shortened the conversation by at least an hour.

You go home and tell yourself that tomorrow, you’ll speak your mind, you’ll speak up.

Sounds like a familiair cycle? I recall being in mostly male dominated meetings without being able to get a word in myself. So frustrating!

Good news, I can help you get better at it! As your coach, I’ll guide you to set inspiring goals, explore the (root) causes and create a strategy to overcome this all: your voice is worthy and should be heard!

For the past 20 years, I have been a coach…Developing creative talent & coaching them on their journey to the top. Musically, but also mentally. Many of the singers & artists I worked with have built sustainable careers, while coming from very challenging circumstances. And thinking back to that, the key to their success would definitely be in building self confidence, resilience, breaking through patterns of procrastination and… goal setting & strategy: all of which is part of my life coaching practice. So when I studied some of these dots finally connected for me.

I can help you deal with your ish…!

To give you a few examples, I work with people with relationship issues (dealing with changing relationships, cheating, getting through challenging times and finding selflove), with entrepreneurs who struggle with clients (I can not help you change someone else, but I can help you change how you react/deal with situations and other people), and I can help you to make a decision about the next stage in your life (while never ever telling you what to do). And sooo much more.

I’m very passionate about this next stage of my coaching career. Music will still be a part of who I am, but I’m also more than open to take this into the rest of the world.
