In any kind of business, the safety of customers and employees should be on the top of the priority list. The hospitality business is no exemption. In fact, it should be a prerequisite to everybody in this business to have their staff and employees enroll in first aid for hotels training. Having first aid skills will always prove useful especially in life-threatening situations. When a hotel guest is having an emergency case, any one of the hotel employees should be able to perform the necessary procedure or administer an emergency drug if it is needed. They can’t always rely on paramedics. What if the paramedics are delayed and don’t get there on time? Or perhaps there is not enough time to wait? What should they do? It is not every day that you could find a doctor staying at the hotel.
