Lets talk about care giving....moms of children with diverse disability. That child is a blessing, a Heritage and an arro in your hands. Polish it with love and care🥰❤️.
Neurodiversity simply means that people’s brains work in different ways—and that’s normal. 🧠
Some people think, learn, feel, and process the world differently (like those with autism, ADHD, or dyslexia), but that doesn’t mean something is “wrong”—it just means they are wired differently.
It’s not about fixing people… it’s about understanding, accepting, and supporting each other’s unique ways of being.

A short history about my experience with Brain🧠 fog🙆🙆

Brain fog is real, and it can make even the simplest thoughts feel heavy and slow😡. 5yrs ago, i was in a terrible storm🤔🤔Thinking became one of my hardest tasks and fatigue became my emotional signature♌️. I was not only depleted but flat tyre. I hated waking up yet the bed was a prison for me🤔 Some days my mind felt clouded☁️☁️like I’m present, but not fully there💁‍♂️. Resilience has been a major tool for my healing process❗️I intentionally work on self, peeloff, trade off toxic energy for nurturing energy. I’m also learning to give myself grace in those moments I feel low; to rest, to breathe, and to remember that healing doesn’t always look loud🙅‍♂️it can be quiet, gentle, and patient too. I must commit to Damaged the Damage👌💯

Life is a bed of roses—beautiful not because it is free of thorns, but because of the flower that thrives among them. The rose does not wait for perfect conditions; it blooms anyway, drawing strength from the very place that could have broken it.
So are you—growing, rising, and becoming, even in spaces that challenge you. Your beauty is not diminished by the thorns around you; it is revealed through them. 🌹

Children are not interruptions to life—they are a heritage, a reward, and a living blessing. They carry tomorrow in their laughter, purpose in their presence, and grace in their growth. To nurture a child is to steward a gift from God, to shape a future, and to witness love in its purest form.

Disability is not inability💪 Mwongera Betty Ann Njogu Rachael Mumo it’s a different rhythm, a different path, a different kind of strength. What may look like limitation to the world is often resilience in motion. Every challenge carries a hidden capacity, every struggle builds a deeper kind of courage. Never measure worth by what is missing—measure it by the strength it takes to keep showing up, rising, and rewriting the narrative. Ability is not defined by the body, but by the spirit that refuses to give up.

Are you a caregiver to children living with Disability❓️🤔here is your package....

S.E.L.F – The Hidden Reality of Caregivers
1️⃣S – Silently Exhausted
Carrying responsibilities without complaint, showing up daily while running on empty.
2️⃣E – Emotionally Drained🤔you give love, patience, and strength until there’s little or nothing left for yourself.
3️⃣L – Losing Identity. Somewhere between caregiving and survival🤔 you forget who you are outside the role.
4️⃣F – Fighting Alone. You smile on the outside, but inwardly wishing someone would truly see and support you🙆. "Before you lose your SELF, remember you matter too and that child is a special gift.” 💐💯

Life can leave wounds that shape our thoughts, reactions, and relationships. But healing begins the moment you decide to damage the damage—to confront the pain, challenge the lies it planted, and break the patterns it created. You may not control what hurt you, but you can choose what grows from it. Your healing is your power, and your restoration is your testimony.

My walk is my statement🫡🫡. I have learned that the loudest message a person can give is not spoken with words but lived through their choices👍👍. Every step🦶 I take, every boundary I set, every act of kindness I extend, and every storm I survive quietly tells my story👌. I no longer feel the need to explain myself to everyone🙅. My healing, my growth, and my peace speak for themselves✅️. My walk reflects the lessons I have learned, the grace I have received, and the strength God continues to build in me☘️🍒🍇.

When people go through prolonged pain, the mind often translates delay into abandonment. Isaiah 40 gently corrects that belief🤔🤔God’s silence is not His absence. The Creator who sustains the universe is still attentive to the details of our lives.

"Have you not known❓️Have you not heard❓️The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.” Isaiah 40:28

When life feels overwhelming and you think your struggle is unseen, this passage reminds us that the God who numbers the stars🌞🌟🌘 also sees every detail of your life👌💯. If He knows each star by name and none are missing, then your story is not forgotten either. God does not grow tired of carrying what exhausts us🙅 and His wisdom reaches far beyond what we can understand. Sometimes the healing begins when we lift our eyes from our problems and remember the greatness of the One who holds us💪🤝

Goodmorning🙌
Courage is not always loud or heroic. Sometimes it is simply waking up, facing what hurts, and choosing to keep moving forward one step at a time. Courage is the quiet strength that refuses to give up even when the heart is tired. Today, be gentle with yourself, breathe deeply, and remember that every small step forward is still victory.
