How do you like your cassavas prepared Boiled, shallow or deep fried? Ama hujui taste yake 😋...a good source of energy, vitamins and minerals such as potassium and magnesium which help regulate muscle movements and supporting normal blood pressure

A number of studies have shown an association between low potassium intake and increased blood pressure and higher risk of stroke. Normal body levels of potassium are important for muscle function. Potassium relaxes the walls of the blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and protecting against muscle cramping.
Most people get barely the recommended amount of potassium which is 4,700mg a day. So increase intake of potassium will be very helpful to lower blood pressure.
