💡However what’s often the case, is that there are many “small moments” that contribute to it…
👉A nasty comment or insult that you internalised
👉A time where someone you loved one didn’t show up when you needed them
👉Or a time you kept the peace around you but it came at a cost of the peace within you.
💡All these “small moments” that go unchecked can cause wounds to form that ultimately lead to depression developing.
