Old age comes to us all in due time. The breakdown of or traditional support structures mean that our older people are left without adequate care and attention. Weaver Aged Care steps into the gap to provide assisted living services, giving you peace of mind, knowing that your loved is well care of, from the comfort of their home. We are a for profit organization that provides training, certification and placement services for Nurse Aides and Assistants to provide home based care for elderly people, and those recovering from illness or hospital stay. Our training ensures that the caregiver does not cause harm to your loved one or to themselves as they help them carry out daily duties. We also offer assistive devices for sale or hire. These include wheelchairs, walkers, portable loos, walking sticks, crutches etc.
