Embassy Curepoint Hospital is looking for a Nurse Lead to support the Clinician Incharge in coordinating nursing services and ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support the Clinician Incharge in daily nursing operations.
✅ Provide maternity and delivery care support.
✅ Assist with minor procedures including family planning insertions, minor stitches, and immunizations.
✅ Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Promote infection prevention and safe care practices.
✅ Help monitor patient outcomes through regular audits.
✅ Assist in managing supplies, equipment, and documentation.
✅ Contribute to quality improvement and staff training initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Registered Nurse with valid NNAK/NCK certification.
✔ Experience in maternity, delivery, and minor procedures.
✔ Strong teamwork and supportive leadership skills.
✔ Good organizational and communication abilities.

The role involves welcoming clients, assisting with registration and records, handling inquiries, supporting billing and claims processes, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and compassionate customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills
✔ Diploma/Certificate in Customer Care, Business, Health Records, or related field.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to multitask in a busy hospital environment.
✔ Knowledge of health insurance processes (NHIF, corporate billing) is an added advantage.
✔ Computer literacy (HIMS/medical billing systems preferred).
