Life Pillars Counseling & Consultancy We provide Counseling, Self-Paced Training & Consultancy with a human touch. Diverse support groups are running to offer safe spaces to men and women alike.

We provide therapy, consultancy and training in mental health to professionals in Africa as individuals, teams and organizations using digital resources and evidence-based interventions. Our support to mental health professionals is through training, mentorship and supervision. Our consultancy work involves:
-implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions in mental health programs.
-behavior change dynamics.
-advocacy for universal access of mental health services.
-qualitative and quantitative research support for evidence-based interventions in mental health.
-support to mental health professionals' wellbeing through mentorship, supervision and training. We are open to and actively seeking engagements in these areas of focus:
-mental health programs for secondary & tertiary institutions of learning.
-promote children’s survival, protection and development.
-behavioural economics

Giving therapy a shot, especially online changed everything. 🙌🙌🙌. It became a safe and confidential space where I could actually understand my and so set boundaries as I took control of my . 💃💃💃
Honestly, I wish I had started sooner!🙌
