In your everyday life and at work, your eyes are a priority.
From April 24th to May 1st, Lapaire has been conducting an awareness campaign to highlight the importance of good eye health habits for better eyesight, safety at work and better performance in your job 😉
Here are a few tips for preserving your eyesight at work:
👀 Take a few minutes to rest your eyes, every 20 minutes, by looking away for 20 seconds to reduce eyestrain.
🖥 Ensure good lightening of your workplace and arrange the brightness of your devices (computer and telephone) to maximize confort for your eyes.
🤓 If you spend a lot of time in front of a screen at work, consider wearing anti-blue-light lenses to reduce eyestrain and protect your eyes.
💻 Place your screen at a comfortable distance from your eyes, not too close nor too far from your face.
👩🔬 Also, remember to have regular eye examinations, as this can help you detect vision problems at an early stage and facilitate appropriate treatment.
