Let’s talk about something we don’t talk about enough: mental health in our communities — and among our first responders.
What you see here is more than a uniform and a badge. It’s a reminder that even those trained to save lives need someone to check in on them, too. Mental health challenges don’t discriminate; they affect people across all roles, all walks of life, including our paramedics, our neighbours, and even ourselves.
If you’re struggling, it’s okay to ask for help.
If someone opens up to you, listen without judgment.
Healing starts with understanding and support.
Let’s create a culture where mental health is treated with the same urgency and care as physical health.
