At the Africa Project Finance Program, every participant is required to develop an Action Learning Project (ALP); a hands-on initiative where they identify an infrastructure need within their locality and, guided by the Faculty, take it through the entire project cycle until it is ready for procurement.

This practical approach immerses learners in the real mechanics of infrastructure development, from need identification, feasibility studies, and contract drafting to the preparation of tender packages and contract management. It is true action-based learning designed to equip professionals with the skills to structure and deliver bankable projects.

Registration for the 16th Cohort, starting on 7th October 2025, is now open. Registration and access to a detailed brochure is on the link https://miundomisingi.com/africa-project-finance-program/

Our Founder & CEO, Johnson Mwawasi Kilangi, ENV SP, will be speaking at the 22nd East Africa Banking School Conference, hosted in Mwanza by the Tanzania Bankers Association . He will explore how Africa can advance its sustainability goals in and through infrastructure Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).
Aligned with Miundo Misingi Hub's commitment to embedding sustainability metrics across all our services, Johnson will highlight the adoption of the Envision Sustainability Framework—developed by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure —as a tool not only to attract sustainable financing but also to maximize long-term value for all stakeholders.

He will also share key insights from our work in Tanzania’s PPP landscape, including emerging opportunities, gaps, and practical recommendations for improvement.

Are you exploring how to integrate the Envision Framework into your infrastructure project? Let’s talk. Contact us at info@miundomisingi.com.
