Most of the time we throw away seeds without realising they do have a ton of benefits in our body. Pumpkin seeds have been found to have alot of benefits in our bodies.
How do we incorporate them in our diet:
1. Mixing them with smoothies
2. Adding them to salads
3. Baking them with cookies or bread
4. Garnish meals such as chicken dishes, soups
5. Blend them to use in guacamole
6. Mix with yoghurt or breakfast cereals
7. Take them as a snack with other seeds and nuts

-Mostly caused by: poor sanitation, dirty water and contact with infected persons.
