Join us on Saturday, 14th March 2026 at the beautiful Ngong Forest Sanctuary for a 5K, 10K or 15K run designed for runners, walkers and anyone who believes movement is medicine.

Powered by Dynamic Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre, this run blends fitness, education and recovery - with physio health talks, sport massage sessions, and simple tools you can actually use long after race day.
