A) Fiber: 11 gramu.
B) Protini: gramu 4.
C) Mafuta k**a ya samaki: 9 gramu (5 kati yake ni Omega-3s).
D) Calcium: 18% ya RDA.
E) Manganese: 30% ya RDA.
F) Magnesium: 30% ya RDA.
G) Phosphorus: 27% ya RDA.
H) Pia zina kiasi kikubwa cha Zinc, Vitamini B3 (Niacin), Potasiamu, Vitamini B1 (Thiamine) na Vitamini B2.

Hii ni ya kushangaza hasa wakati unapofikiri kuwa hii ni moja tu, ambayo hutoa tu kalori 137 na gramu moja ya wanga! Ni nzuri sana kuupatia ubongo ufanisi na mwili mzima virutubisho vingi kwa pamoja.
