Chronic stress hits a man harder than he realizes.

High blood pressure doesn’t just show up overnight — it builds over time through daily habits. The good news? You can start reversing it with simple morning routines.

Here are 6 powerful habits to try:

1️⃣ Drink water first thing — 1–2 glasses to wake up your circulation.
2️⃣ Practice deep breathing — just 5 minutes to calm stress.
3️⃣ Move your body — a short walk, stretches, or yoga.
4️⃣ Eat a heart-healthy breakfast — think eggs, avocado, unsweetened yoghurt, nuts etc.
5️⃣ Plan your day calmly — write down your top 3 priorities.

➡️ Managing disease focuses on alleviating symptoms and controlling disease progression. The goal is to keep the condition stable, prevent worsening, and minimize complications. It involves:
✅Taking medications.
✅Getting surgeries/procedures.
✅Monitoring disease symptoms (e.g., blood sugar checks for diabetes, blood pressure checks for hypertension).

➡️ Creating health is a proactive approach to treat a disease and prevent future resurgence by fostering healthy lifestyles, promoting well-being, and creating supportive environments. The goal is to eliminate disease, optimize body function, improve vitality, and promote longevity. It involves:
✅ Improving nutrition by consuming healthy and nutrient dense foods.
✅ Engaging in regular physical activity (running, swimming, dancing, cycling, lifting weights, playing football, etc.).
✅ Improving sleep quality.
✅ Stress reduction (mindfulness meditation, relaxation, etc.).
✅ Embracing social connection & purpose.

For Example:
