A new normal lifestyle

Good afternoon everyone! In Japan, for preventing COVID-19 pandemic, introduction of a “new normal life style” has been highly recommended. This time, some of the practical examples will be introduced. So please compare it with your current life style.
(1)Basic prevention for infection by individuals
Three basic methods for prevention:①Observe a social distance ②Put on a mask ③Hand washing
・Practice 2m (at least 1m) of social distance
・During conversation, try to avoid facing right in front
・When you cannot take enough social distance, put on a mask even if you don’t have symptoms
※During hot season, be careful with heatstroke. In Japan, there is a fan in a store that can attach to the mask!
・When you arrive home, immediately wash your hands and face
After you visited crowded places, try to change clothes as quickly as possible. If it’s possible, take a shower
・Hand washing should be taken for 30 seconds and use running water and soap thoroughly
(Also you can use hand sanitizer)
※ If you are not well, avoid meeting elder people or those with chronic disease or high risk.
Methods for prevention for movement
・Move out of the pandemic regions, avoid visiting regions where infections are spreading
・Take notes of who you met in case of appearance of symptoms
In Japan has an application that detects human contacts
・Check the information of pandemic regions
(2)Basic life style for daily living
・Often hand wash and hand sanitize
・When you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth by mask, tissue, handkerchief or sleeve of clothes
・Take ventilation once in every 30 minutes (Keep temperature more than 18 degrees, more than 40% humidity)
・Ensure a sufficient physical distance
・Avoid three Cs (Closed space, Crowded place, Close contact)

・Educate people and conduct appropriate exercise or daily living instruction including nutrition control, stop smoking and so on
・Take body temperature in every morning and health check:If you have fever or symptoms of cold, stay in the house for a rest
