Detoxification is the process of clearing toxins from the body and clearing excess mucus and congestion. Many of these toxins come from our diet, drug use, and environmental exposure, both acute and chronic. Internally, fats, especially oxidized fats and cholesterol, free radicals, and other irritating molecules act as toxins. Functionally, poor digestion, colon sluggishness and dysfunction, reduced liver function, and poor elimination through the kidneys, respiratory tract, and skin all add to increased toxicity. An important part of maintaining optimum health is eliminating toxins from your body.

🚨Dandelion Root Extract Kills 95% of Cancer Cells In Vitro and Reduces Human Colon Tumor Growth by Over 90% in Mice — With ZERO Toxicity

Peer-reviewed study finds that a common backyard plant selectively kills cancer cells while sparing normal cells, acting through multiple coordinated anti-cancer pathways ⬇️

🌼 Aqueous dandelion root extract (DRE):

✅Destroyed >95% of colon cancer cells in vitro

✅Reduced human colon tumor growth in mice by >90%

✅Showed zero detectable toxicity after 75 days of daily dosing

✅Selectively killed cancer cells while sparing normal cells

✅Activated multiple programmed cell-death pathways simultaneously

✅Targeted mitochondrial vulnerabilities unique to cancer cells

These findings were strong enough that Health Canada approved DRE for Phase I cancer trials in 2012, according to the authors. Unfortunately, the trial never advanced — patient recruitment stalled, no data were published, and no active listing appears in Health Canada’s registry today.

This is most likely because a common backyard plant is not very profitable for the Chemo Cartel.

FASTING HEALS ULCER.

An ulcer is a wound.
Not a curse.
Not a punishment.
Just a wound in a place you cannot see.

And every wound needs rest.
The skin closes when you stop scratching.
The bone mends when you stop running.
The stomach too, asks for silence.

But we don’t listen.
We keep piling food upon food,
snacks upon snacks,
as though the body were built to be busy without end.

And the wound stays raw with no healing.

Fasting is not starvation.
It is rest.
It is the stillness your stomach has been begging for.
It is the pause that lets acid calm down,
lets mucus rebuild,
lets the body stitch itself back together in quiet.

I have seen it—
The man who no longer wakes with bitter spit in his mouth.
The woman who no longer curls up at midnight with her chest burning like fire.

The relief in their eyes when they realized healing did not always come from another pill,
but from patience.

Sometimes the cure is not more.
Sometimes the cure is less.
Sometimes the cure is silence.

Fasting is that silence.
The kind that heals.

Now to you reading this,

When was the last time you gave your body a chance to breathe without interruption?

Don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan.

If you want to have nice, smooth, tanned skin, cook carrots in any animal fat (pig lard or beef tallow).

Do liver therapy twice a week, and you’ll glow.

Don’t sleep on intermittent fasting either.

And if you need a structured plan to follow, don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan.

I’ve said it a thousand silent times.
Let me say it loud this time:
Not every illness needs a pill.

Some of you are one decision away from healing.
Not a drug.
Not a surgery.
Just a real decision to fix your food and your life.

Because let’s be honest,
Half of what’s called “chronic illness” today is just your body crying for better habits.

If your stomach is inflamed, bloated, acidic, or always in pain…
Don’t just grab another antacid.
Heal it from the root.

Here’s what the pharmaceutical industry won’t tell you:

— Salt isn’t your enemy. It supports stomach acid and digestive enzymes.

— Cabbage juice isn’t just village food. It’s packed with glutathione—a powerful healer for your gut lining.

— Red meat is not the villain. It activates pepsin, your protein-digesting enzyme. No red meat = poor protein breakdown.

— Fermented foods like sauerkraut? That’s nature’s probiotic. Full of vitamin C and friendly bacteria.

— And fasting? That’s the ancestral reset button your gut has been begging for.

You’re not broken.
You’re just inflamed, misinformed, and undernourished.

Don’t let fake science rob you of your healing.
Don’t let lazy food habits rob your gut of its strength.
And don’t let fear stop you from trying what your ancestors lived by.

You don’t need permission to heal.
Just proof.
Try this and feel it in your bones.

Because the day you decide to take your food seriously
Is the day your healing begins.

And don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan.

Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, an essential mineral necessary to develop strong bones and maintain skeletal health!

While there are a few dietary sources of vitamin D3, including oily fish, cod liver oil, organ meats, and egg yolks, these foods typically contain only small amounts.

Thankfully, you get vitamin D naturally from the sun!

Just 10 to 30 minutes of safe midday sun exposure several times a week can help maintain adequate vitamin D levels.

“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” was a marketing slogan from cereal companies in 1944 and you’re all still falling for it in 2025.

Detox teas are fake. Your liver and gut reset naturally when you stop flooding them with junk and alcohol.
