Cosmos Limited A leading pharmaceutical company manufacturing high quality human and veterinary products since 1978 The extentions are in operation as of January 2006.

Dr. Prakash Patel started a manufacturing company in 1977/78 called Cosmos Limited, which was situated in Busia road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, Kenya. In 1985, Dr. Prakash Patel Moved Cosmos Limited to a custom built facility on Rangwe Close, Industrial Area, Nairobi, Kenya. In 2003, a decision was made for Cosmos Limited to be extended. In September 2004 Cosmos received a voluntary license to produce anti - retrovirals from GlaxoSmithKline and Boehringer Ingelheim. In 2007 Cosmos signed a transfer of technology agreement with Hoffman LaRoche.
