Sand play promotes physical development. Large muscle skills develop as children dig, pour, sift, scoop, and clean up spills with brush and dustpan. Eye-hand coordination and small muscle control improve as children learn to manipulate sand accessories. Sand play also promotes social skills.
At Time Off Mummy we allow sand play. We monitor and guide the young one as they manipulate

Children need minimal supervision but minimum guidance...
At Time Off Mummy we guide and ensure there is a safe environment for your kids to explore there talents. Allow them brainstorm, appreciate their ideas, display there art work and congratulate any positive milestone.

Schools are closing Next Week.

Parents, please take care of your children, slow down on MBAs, slow down on chamas, slow down on football matches at club legend etc. Dedicate time for these children, we teachers have taken care of YOUR children for 9 good months. You have only 2 months to do your GOD GIVEN TASK.
Remember that in schools, your children are statistics, that is why we give them admission numbers and class register numbers.
Remember also that our duty is to teach them the curriculum, but we are gracious to add values and some positive attitudes.
One more thing, protect your children from predators such as media (social and mainstream) and those s*x pests disguised as neighbours, "trusted" house helps, uncles etc. Teach them early enough that nobody should touch their private parts and be keen to notice withdrawal signs, it could be a danger sign.
