hey guys as we head to the festive season i think we can learn a thing or two on basic first aid. I would like to take use through a simple injury management exercise.

HOW TO CLEAN A CUT. Things that you will need:
sterile water and gauze bandages
Procedure,
1.make sure the bleeding is controlled and stopped
2.flash the wound with sterile water
3.clean the wound making sure there is no dirt or objects
4.make sure the wound is dry then bandage

and that's how we clean a cut.
