DEPARTMENTS
Customer Service/ Care:
We have a well-trained, proactive and dedicated team that put the interest of our clients first both corporate and cash. They take initiative and make improvements within their scope of duties, work as a team for client’s satisfaction in line with our core business values.
Technical team:
Our optometrists provide professional comprehensive, personalized and customized optometry test with state of the art machines, creative approach to patients needs with unique, strong technological background and tailored services.
We have our own in built workshop with qualified technicians and we store state of the art machines i.e. Auto-lens meter, Auto-edging machine (fully automated to do fitting in 5 minutes)
Marketing Team /Wellness:
We have a marketing team which oversee all sales and marketing activities, product analysis, making sure we are prompt on service service delivery, competitor analysis and mandated to deal with all corporate communications and maintaining good working relationships with our providers
In collaborations with insurances the department also undertakes wellness activities to appointed organizations where we offer free eye test and consultations for refractive errors
Finance / Account:
Has a qualified team that deals with all accounting activities, debt collection and account reconciliation with our corporate partners.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)
Rafiki optician regularly conducts free eye checkups and eye care education in collaboration with Ministry of Education in schools, Churches and local county governments with the aim of helping those who can’t access basic eye care in the society.
