Tests for May are in. Another testament that the scientific methods work. All good things have gone up and all bad stuff has gone down. I was amazed that I've gained 1.5kg of muscles(from 59.1kg in April to 60.6kg...ka'triangle muscles kanaongezeka) and protein has gone up from 12.9 to 13.2 (almost to the highest limit of 14.2). And all these is from Omena(main source), beans, eggs and occasional beef. These things are cheaper than carbs. No supplements, no protein shakes...nothing
