Child Destiny Foundation CD Foundation(Child Destiny foundation is a charitable organization registered in the Republic of Kenya.

Its core mandate is to offer special rehabilitation services to children with special needs.Improving the socioeconomic status of the affected persons The organization exists to improve the livelihood of children who fall in the category of people with special needs and suffer conditions such as; autism, mental retardation, Cerebral palsy, Speech disorder, Sensory disorder, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, hearing and vision impairments. Its activities are designed and geared to provide an integrated care package to children with special needs. It therefore touches on various possible aspects of the beneficiary’s life, aiming to create a conducive environment and opportunity for them to realize quality and complete life as they can. In implementing its activities the organization employs a community participatory approach in order to encourage feedback from, and ownership in the community. The organization engages in activities such as: Physiotherapy and occupational therapy services; Home and community outreach; Workshop and seminars: Parents/caregivers support and empowerment; Advocacy and community sensitization; Networking and resource mobilization.
