Join us for 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗸𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮 on Saturday, 13th December 2025, from 7:00 PM–8:00 PM at Ridgeways Baptist Church, Main Sanctuary.

In partnership with Ghetto Classics , we present “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲,” a heartfelt Christmas musical blending timeless carols with original compositions—crafted to inspire, uplift, and bring our community together. ❤️🎶

This year, all proceeds will go to The Njeri Maria Foundation, an NGO in Kenya focusing on advancing the lives of children and adults with Cerebral palsy.

Come with family, friends, and loved ones as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with music, joy, and generosity.

I am one in 1 billion people with disabilities in the world.
I have Cerebral Palsy - a neurodevelopmental disability.

Believe me so, Cerebral Palsy is the best thing that should not have happened.
Shouldn’t have because it changed my entire life and my family’s lives.

I got to accept my life with Cerebral Palsy, realizing the barriers In the society making things difficult not necessarily my impairment.
Most times, I remember that I have a “disability” when others point it out. Not that I don’t count it, I count it as one of my characteristics, not the entirety of the lovely lady I am.

See the person first and the humaneness of the person with every need to be known, listened to, seen,understood, loved and valued In every single way.
With every encounter, remember that.

Encore
I live a beautiful and fulfilling life with Cerebral Palsy.
Everyone with a disability deserves to live a beautiful life
And the society should know it’s possible.

Yesterday, we kicked off our Siblings Workshop running through to Friday!

This workshop is all about creating awareness and building understanding among those closest to children living with different abilities. When siblings and families truly understand, they can play a vital role in supporting not only the well-being of the children, but also their sense of belonging.

At Njeri Maria Foundation, we believe children need more than care – they need a community that understands, uplifts, and stands with them. Together, we can create a world where every child thrives.

Help Us Spread Warmth This Winter! 🧤🧣
> The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder. For many in our community, this time of year brings a struggle to stay warm.
> We're having our annual Winter Warmth Drive to collect essential items for those in need, including:
> * New or gently used coats (all sizes)
> * Hats, gloves, and scarves
> * Warm blankets
> * Socks and shoes.
And * Give a monetary gift: If you are unable to donate physical items, a financial contribution allows us to purchase specific sizes and items that are most needed.

> This is why we are reaching out to you today to ask for your support in our annual Winter Warmth Drive. Our goal is to collect and distribute essential winter items to ensure everyone in our community has the protection they need from the cold and A donation of a warm coat not only provides physical warmth but also a sense of dignity and security.

> * Drop off items: You can bring your donations to our collection center at our office in Kikuyu Town.

Meet baby Tabitha 💚🧡
When she first came to Njeri Maria Foundation, she faced significant challenges with movement,but through two years of consistent therapy, dedicated care and unwavering support from her mother,she has made remarkable progress.

Today,she walks,plays,and grows with the same spark as any other child her age.

At Njeri Maria Foundation, one of our missions is to give every child the chance to experience freedom, independence, and joy no matter their starting point and condition.

Partners delivered therapy equipment for Njeri Maria Foundation. Some equipment is much needed for children with Cerebral Palsy such as the standing aids, seating aids, walking stairs, and weighted jackets. Therapy equipment can be extremely expensive for families and therapy centers however most children with CP should have access at home.
