By using Knuth-Morris-Pratt Algorithm,a bioinformatic model concept derived from comparing proteins in the plasmodium merozite, a possible protease inhibitor can be developed to curb malaria infections in the tropics. During data design, comparison and analysis, we found that the virulence of plasmodium is a weak protein called protein-1 (PfEMP1).Through a KMP algorithm model generation of proteins are truncated or deleted. This is the future of malaria treatment. Perharps we might not need to kill mosquitoes again because by picking KMP model, scientists in the drug design industry can create protease inhibitors to be gven as vaccines as easy as polio, and biochemists can create "lab monster" male mosquitoes that are released into the wild and which mate with females and transfer truncating and deleting telomeres making the f. Plasmodium carriers as harmless as bees. However, I prefer the vaccination rather than tinkering on the nature of those nematocerids that we haven't learnt much about except in how they transfer malaria causing protozoa. The future of ending human suffering is being driven by technology, algorithms and parallel thinking.

Axiom Life Sciences is a start-up R&D biosciences company based in Nairobi with a mission to develop homegrown biochemical for various industries with local materials and human capital. We intend to develop and design products that are environmentally-responsible and offer solutions in cleaning, waste water treatment, feminine hygiene, organic agriculture, fish farming and marine and petrochemical applications around Africa. We do not have a large scale manufacturing facilities initially but we are developing close business agreements with industries in Europe and China, to provide us with technical support
