📣 Attention, gentlemen! Let's talk about an important topic that often goes unaddressed. Did you know that pelvic floor exercises can help with erectile dysfunction? 💪🩲

🌟 Pelvic floor exercises, also known as Kegels, aren't just for women. They can be beneficial for men too! By strengthening the muscles in your pelvic floor, you can improve blood flow, enhance sexual function, and even regain control over your erections. 🌡️🔥

🚀 Don't let embarrassment or misinformation hold you back. Start incorporating these simple exercises into your routine and experience the positive impact they can have on your intimate life:

1️⃣ Find your pelvic floor muscles: To get started, identify the muscles you'll be working with. Try stopping the flow of urine midstream while using the bathroom. The muscles you use for that are your pelvic floor muscles. Exercise when the bladder is empty.

2️⃣ Exercise routine: Once you've located the muscles, it's time to exercise them. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles for a count of 5 seconds, then relax for 5 seconds. Repeat this cycle 10 to 15 times, aiming for three sets a day.

3️⃣ Gradually increase intensity: As you become more comfortable, challenge yourself by gradually increasing the duration of the contractions. Aim for 10-second contractions with 10-second rests between each repetition.

Depending on the level of injury and injury class, one may fully recover, or depend on assistive devices like crutches, and wheelchairs among others.

Complete cervical injuries at the upper cervical may require the use of a ventilator and assisted cough clearance mechanisms.

Early interventions and rehabilitation are associated with better outcomes.

Breast Self Examination.

The importance of Self examination is well understood when it comes to cancer screening and early detection.

Stand in front of a mirror, shoulders relaxed and hands on your hip, check for symmetry, any color chances, swelling or inverted ni***es.

Raise your arms up and look for the above changes. also look for discharge. it could be watery, milky or such.

Finish by lying down, facing upwards. examine your left breast using right hand to feel for any lumps. be systematic. examine the whole breast including area around collar bone.

Incase of any changes, seek professional medical help. Early detection is very key.
