We joined Supa Mamas at PrideInn Azure, Westlands, to commemorate International Mother’s Day through a meaningful engagement centered on maternal wellness and mental health awareness.
The event created a platform for mothers to openly share experiences, challenges, and encouragement, while receiving expert insights from panelists, including our Obstetrician, Dr. Evelyn Ndinda, who addressed the connection between reproductive health and mental wellness.
Our participation formed part of M.P. Shah Hospital’s broader mental health awareness campaign this month, reinforcing the importance of conversations around emotional wellbeing, maternal health, and community support.
Onsite, our team also offered free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI checks, alongside medical consultations and referrals.

We sit with Dr. Ima as we touch on and why it is important to get checked. Early diagnosis can change everything and we’re here to help, every step of the way.
