Float as often as you want! The more the better 😀😀 But at least once a month to full experience the benefits that floating therapy has to offer.

Just like yoga, meditation even exercise, you will notice a difference the more you float. We recommend having floating in your routine and you can incorporate this by saying you'll float every first Monday of the month, or every Sunday you'll treat yourself to a float 🤗🤗 Make it a pattern so that you have floating as part of your wellness routine.

How is it possible to feel weightless? The amount of Epsom salts (that is 500KG) in the float tank makes the water very buoyant. This means that the forces of gravity are eliminated and so there's nothing pulling on the muscles and nervous system. Your body can effortlessly relax and recover in this unique state. Come and have a relaxing time with us while improving your health!

Research shows that a major benefit of floatation therapy is its ability to lower one's blood pressure. Part of the reason for this is the parasympathetic response, during which your blood vessels dilate, increasing the supply of oxygen and vital nutrients throughout your body.

Stress is a major cause of increased blood pressure and in addition to decreasing your cortisol levels, floating encourages dopamine production. This improvement in your emotional state can contribute to lowered blood pressure as well.
