I feel obligated to talk about stress. I do not know why but i believe that such posts and others to follow would be of great help to someone (because am not so sure whom am addressing).

Stress is the biological reaction to what the mind cannot contend with. It is the physical or bodily reaction to external demands.
Stress is a preparation of the body to either 'fight or flight'.
Stress is also a genesis of a number of diseases and comes with a combination of physiological and psychological tension.

Stress is defined as an organism's total response to environmental demands or pressures. A certain amount of stress is necessary to accomplish goals and projects. The stress serves as the stimuli thus helping one reach certain levels of success.
However, if the levels of stress go beyond our handling capabilities, there is a downward shift in terms of productivity and sobriety.
A sober mind is one that can handle adequate levels of positive stress (Eustress). These levels act as antidotes.

When planning your day, be keen to identify two things.

1. Drivers.
2. Stressors.

Drivers are those elements that cause your ambitions to rise. Pick for example, a desire to achieve success over a project, etc.
On the other hand stressors are those elements chat draw away your energy.
Be careful as to where you keep your emphasis.
