Some days life feels like such a struggle, nothing makes sense and you think of throwing in the towel, maybe your job is getting too stressful or perhaps your business is not doing so well or you are trying to make ends meet. It sucks!!! I know but hang in there, you are stronger than you think, believe in yourself and keep pushing.
You are already so close. Often, when you feel like giving up, you are so close to making, a huge breakthrough.
Shift your perspective: Try to reframe your situation. Instead of focusing on what you lack. Look for small , positive aspects of your life. It could be a beautiful sunset, a warm meal or a supportive friend.
