Just because stories change lives...

Last year during a trip to the coast the picture on the left was taken on a ferry. When I checked it in the evening it fazed me; just how could I be a wellness advocate that’s so out of shape? (Ntaambia watu nini?) So I decided to use Forever C9 detox pack as soon as I landed back in Nairobi.
