After making your ginger shot, don’t throw away the residue,turn it into ginger powder:

• Strain your ginger well after extracting the juice
• Spread the residue on a tray
• Dry it in the oven (low heat) until completely dry
• Grind into a fine powder
• Store in an airtight container
