🧩 What does quality look like in your lab — and how do you know where to improve?

At our 24th Annual Scientific Conference, we ran a lively workshop on Lab Self-Assessment, bringing together professionals from across the region to reflect on their practices, identify gaps, and share solutions.

The discussions were eye-opening, with participants sharing how their facilities foster a culture of quality — from treating non-conformities as learning opportunities rather than punishments, to building systems that keep patients safe at every step. 🌍✨
