Supporting laboratories on the accreditation journey through practical, educational engagement.

We recently conducted a focused training session at Kenya Airways to support their progress toward ISO 15189:2022 accreditation. The session centered on EQA report review, root cause analysis, and identification of potential sources of error; all aimed at strengthening system performance and reliability.

Our approach to EQA is not just assessment; it is education and partnership. We work alongside our clients to improve processes through shared learning and continuous system strengthening.

Because quality improvement is a journey and no laboratory should walk it alone.

We were delighted to host the CCAK team and the IFCC at HUQAS after the successful conference on Quality of Laboratory Examination Beyond the Analytical Phase.

What an incredible week at the 30th AKMLSO Scientific Conference at PrideInn Paradise, Mombasa!

We, Chem-Labs Limited and Human Quality Assessment Services had the amazing opportunity to exhibit alongside key players in the medical laboratory space; connecting with professionals from all corners of Kenya under one roof
