Bikram Yoga Nairobi Bikram Yoga Nairobi is Kenya's first ever hot yoga studio! The heat increases muscle flexibility and is also very detoxifying.

Below is our class schedule:-
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am, 8am, 10am, 5pm and 7pm
Tuesday and Thursday 8am, 10am 5pm and 7pm
Saturday 8am, 10am and 4pm
Sunday 9am and 4pm Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute series of 26 Hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises, carried out in a room heated to 40 degrees celcius and 40 percent humidity. Bikram Yoga is designed for everyone from absolute beginners to more advanced practitioners. If you are not very flexible, and you have never done yoga before, don’t worry – you will not be alone! Because of the combination of the heat and the sequence of postures, the practice is very intense, and has dramatic and immediate results. You can lose weight, tone up, de-stress, and feel fantastic! SCHEDULE:
Mon-Fri classes at 6am, 8am, 10am, 5pm, 7pm
Sat-Sun classes at 8am, 10am, 12pm and 4pm

🧘🏾‍♀️✨ Pose of the Week: Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana) ✨🐇

Welcome to a new week of going inward to grow outward.
At Bikram Yoga Nairobi, we’re highlighting Rabbit Pose — a powerful forward bend that gently opens the spine, massages the brain, and encourages emotional release through stillness and breath.

In this posture, we tuck the chin deeply, curl into ourselves, and allow the back to stretch from the neck all the way down the spine. It’s one of the deepest spine-compressing poses in the Bikram sequence — helping to relieve anxiety, improve digestion, and increase spine mobility.

But beyond the physical, Rabbit Pose teaches us something deeper:
That sometimes, the answers come when we stop looking outward and start listening inward.
