I normally don't buy broiler chicken.

I prefer the road runner one 🐓 because I believe his quality of life and the quality of food he eats makes it a more genuine food for me (sorry if you are vegetarian🙆🏻‍♀️).

I didn't have time to go shopping and I found in my freezer some chopped breast chicken that I had bought for my cat some time ago.

This cat suddenly appeared in my life and brought so much joy and love 😍I used to cook for him instead of buying processed food. And... I was using the 1qt Saladmaster pan! How lucky!

I mean it is crazy! Some people are starving and some cats get freshly cooked Saladmaster food!😅

Well, to finish the story, the cat decided to go to cats' heaven 1 week after I travelled and as I found that chicken in the freezer I decided to cook it for myself today!

So this is to honour the love that pets can give us when we are low and the love they allow humans to express. Wouldn't you agree?

Few years ago a good friend of mine offered me for lunch oxtail soup.

I gladly accepted, wondering "what is that?!"

When I found out it is cow's tale I was surprised! Yet it is very popular in African Coutries.

The broth contains bones and bone marrow that are rich in collagen and calcium and high in proteins.

It makes this a perfect healthy soup, especially in cold days. (Make sure you remove some of the fat before serving especially if you have cholesterol problems. One way can be letting it cool down to let the fat become solid).

Today I used my *Saladmaster 7 qt ROASTER* and.... red wine🍷 to prepare a magic soup that will revive your senses.
