We're looking to hire a COST CONTROLLER with Experience in the Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
•Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly food and beverage costs.
•Verify and analyse purchase orders, supplier invoices, and stock reports.
•Track kitchen production, portion control, and wastage reports.
•Work closely with the Head Chef and Procurement team to manage stock levels and supplier performance.
•Prepare cost variance reports and investigate discrepancies.
•Develop and implement effective cost control systems and procedures.
•Support menu engineering by providing accurate food cost data and profit margins.
•Conduct regular audits of store and production records to ensure compliance with company policies.
•Prepare and submit weekly and monthly cost control reports to management.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in cost management processes.

Qualifications & Experience
√ Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
√ At least 2–3 years’ experience in cost control within the hospitality or catering industry.
√ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
√ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
√ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
√ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
