Divine Caterers Ltd is looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Manager to lead our catering logistics and service delivery team in Nairobi!

📍 Location: Nairobi | Full-time

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily catering operations & logistics
• Coordinate food dispatch, store management & fleet operations
• Ensure smooth service delivery at all events
• Monitor budgets, costs & performance using data
• Drive ISO 22000 food safety compliance and staff training
• Support growth through innovation and operational efficiency

✅ Qualifications:
• Degree in Operations, Business, or Hotel Management
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Experience in high-volume catering & outside events
• ISO 22000 & food safety knowledge
• Great at problem-solving, budgeting & logistics

✅ 10+ years in food production
✅ Good understanding & Training of ISO 2200 is an added advantage
✅ Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
✅ Proven leadership in busy kitchens
✅ Strong culinary innovation & menu design
✅ Up-to-date with trends & safety standards
