Here is the challenge: Every day for 75 days
●Do Two 45 minute workout-one has to be outdoor
●Have a meal plan that works for you. It's, time for clean eating.
●Read 10 pages of a personal development book
●Drink 3.5 Ltrs of water
●Sleep 8 hrs
