Reading food package labels.
If your goal is to eat and buy healthy food here are a few tips:
1. The first ingredient in the ingredient list is always is the most in quantity. Ingredients are always listed in the order of their amount in a food - the food is mostly made up of the ingredients that come first, and less of the ingredients that come last.
2. Look out for wording like partially hydrogenated fats, this are trans fats and they are not healthy.
3. High fructose corn syrup this is mainly sugar
4. Any food additives that are not healthy.
