In psychiatric units worldwide, violence and aggression remain among the most challenging issues clinicians face. But too often, the response is reactive, restraint, seclusion, or rapid tranquilization, rather than preventive.

Psychiatric Patients aggression rarely comes from nowhere. It emerges from a complex web of patient factors (psychosis, trauma history, cognitive impairment), environmental triggers (overcrowding, noise, lack of privacy), and staff dynamics (poor communication, authoritarian approaches, insufficient training).

When the feedback we get from Heads of Departments in clinical rotations says:

"Your students are highly motivated, independent, and their hands-on skills are of a high level."

That is the moment we know we are doing something right.

From ICU nurses who trust them with monitoring. From midwives who let them assist in deliveries. From paediatric teams who rely on their newborn assessments.

May intake for AEMT has been extended to 20th May.

Why? Because many of you told us you needed a few more days to get your documents ready. We listened.

But this is the final extension. No more after this.
