Having a New born is exciting moment but it can be very overwhelmimg for new mama!
Newborn stool will transition from meconium which first poo baby passes within 24 hours after delivery. then transition to mustard yellow .
Most breastfeed babies will poo less frequent others more frequent.

Yes pumping depend on individual needs whether you are accassional pumper or returning to work after maternity leave or you just want to freeze r breastmik for later use. Sometime you want to store milk in the fridge one day to be used the following day . Pumping out may change on what time you pumping .in early morning expect to pump more milk as opposed to evening pump. same in early day after birth of the baby you have higher volume of milk since body a has not regulated your mik supply according to baby needs.
Remember to feed your baby not the fridge
